Registration/Help Desk

All registered Consultants and guests will be required to check in prior to attending the Convention sessions. Each person must present a photo I.D. to gain admission. No walk-ins will be permitted—you must purchase your Scentsy Stampede tickets within the registration period prior to the event: March 7–June 30, 2011, or until capacity is reached.

Check-in will be available at the convention center from 12:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3, with late check-in from 7:00 a.m.-8:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 4. With 12,000 Scentsy Consultants and guests anticipated this year, be sure to plan ahead and check in early! Late check-in on August 4 is reserved for those who are unable to do so on August 3.

Two Help Desks will be conveniently located in the Fort Worth Convention Center with members of the Scentsy Events Team—Scentsy Convention experts!—to answer any questions you may have. If you need directions, lunch recommendations, a hearty handshake—whatever!—these guys and gals are well-informed and ready to assist you.

Night in the Stockyards

Welcome to the authentic Fort Worth Stockyards! Bring your family and experience rich, friendly North Texas culture. Roam the cobblestone streets, shop for unique Western fare, and relive the days of hard work and the simple life on the ranch. Enjoy great food, experience a real-life cattle drive, and top the evening off with a Scentsy event worth scootin’ your boots to!

We planned this as an evening event to avoid the sweltering summer sun, but be sure to dress lightly and wear comfortable walking shoes. There are plenty of places to escape the heat, but much of the evening will be spent outside.

Scentsy will provide shuttle transportation to and from the convention center and Stockyards from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. If you have available transportation, please use it! Transporting 12,000 people will not be easy or quick, and there is parking at the Stockyards. We’ll also alert the local cab companies, but Scentsy will not reimburse cab fares. Some hotels may offer shuttle services to the Stockyards, so be sure to ask upon check-in.

You won’t want to miss this Convention kick-off party! With activities for adults and children, entertainment, shopping, and restaurants There will not be any formal dinner, but concession-style snack items will be available for purchase.

No party would be complete without great music, and you won’t be disappointed! Join us for a concert at the Stockyards featuring the popular country music group Gloriana and multi-award winning country favorite Clint Black.

Convention Sessions

Scentsy Stampede tip: Design team T-shirts, hats, or “bling” to wear to show your team spirit!

Each training session at Scentsy Convention 2011 will be held in the arena. This year, for the first time ever, everyone will have the opportunity to attend every session! That means more training, more giveaways, and more fun for each and every Consultant in attendance!

From the Escential Consultant to the SuperStar Director, each attendee will learn valuable information and techniques to grow and sustain their Scentsy businesses. The environment is fun, energetic, and motivational. Don’t miss these opportunities to be inspired and motivated as you begin the next leg of your Scentsy journey!

Each session will be moderated by key Scentsy executives, communications and performance experts, and leading Consultants in the field. You can also expect to hear inspirational keynote messages from Heidi and Orville Thompson, Scentsy’s President and CEO!

Paid guests (including spouses and business partners) are welcome to attend these sessions and will receive product giveaways.

New Fall/Winter 2011 Products!

New product reveals and giveaways will take place throughout the training sessions at Scentsy Stampede. You must be in attendance to claim your free products! Friends, family, and other Consultants will not be authorized to claim them for you.

Awards Night

Tip your hat to your fellow Scentsy Consultants as we recognize your amazing accomplishments from the past year. We’ll applaud Scentsy’s Annual Sales Excellence and Annual Mentor Award recipients, announce our 2011 Shining Star, and more! Awards Night is a celebration of excellence—expect star entertainment, exciting announcements, and plenty of fun!

Due to space limitations this year, additional guests (including spouses and/or family members not registered to attend Convention) will not be able to attend the Awards Night event. The Awards Reception, to immediately follow the Awards Night event, will be available to award recipients and their guests only.

Child Care

Scentsy will offer child care during the Awards Night event only for $10 per child. Childcare will be available from 6-9 p.m. for all attendees, and up until 11:30 p.m. for award recipients.
